Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom divorce only weeks from being dismissed

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce will be dismissed in 45 days, according to the reports.

It has been a year since the reality TV star, 30, had filed for a divorce from the 35-year-old basketball player, however because there hasn't been any progress on matter, the petition is now on the verge of being dismissed altogether in just a few weeks time, Radar Online reported.

Odom had failed to respond to Kardashian's appeal, and as per an insider, the beauty's divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, has advised her to formally enter a default judgment of divorce, which would rule the case in her favor, rendering her single again.

But if no action is taken on the petition from both sides, the case would be dismissed altogether.

Kardashian, who was spotted signing her name Khloe Kardashian-Odom at an NBA game earlier this month, had recently admitted that if she got her way, she would still be married to Odom, and wished to be still married to him. She even posted on Instagram that she would "never let go of the memories" on Christmas.
