After Calvin Harris slammed Taylor Swift over lyrics, Kim Kardashian has now waded in by revealing why she previously chose to publicly slate the singer.

The 35-year-old reality star revealed why she decided to "talk s**t" about the singer" in an upcoming episode of 'Keep Up With The Kardashians,' reports News.com.au.

According to the reality star, she wanted to stick up for her husband.

Last month, Kardashian blasted the 'Shake It Off' singer for "playing the victim" after reportedly approving the controversial lyrics on her husband's song 'Famous.'

"I've never talked s**t about anyone publicly, especially in interviews, but I was just like 'I've so had it," she said.

"I wanted to defend him in it, because she legitimately, quote, says "As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet, I'm going to tell all the press "I was in on it"," the reality star continued.

Speaking in a piece to camera, she said, "I feel like I have had it with people blatantly treating my husband a certain way. He is always so honest and speaks his mind and you know when we were first dating everyone talked s**t about me and he always had my back."

"At this point I really don't give a f**k and will do whatever to protect my husband," she added.
