Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly taken their little daughter, North West, home after being discharged from the hospital.
The new mum and daughter had been under constant care of Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre, where the 32-year-old reality star gave birth five weeks prematurely, the Mirror reported.
The doctors had apparently wanted the baby to gain some weight before they allowed her home, and on Thursday night Kardashian was permitted to check out.
A source told Us Magazine that the docs needed to make sure the little girl's breathing right and check her temperature.
