Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will soon be getting 440,000 dollars from YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley as a settlement amount over a video of the couple's engagement he secretly shot and leaked online.
According to sources, Hurley, who was sued over claims that he manipulated his way into the AT & T Park in San Francisco back in 2013 to witness the 38-year-old rapper's proposal, has agreed to pay the amount, and has even signed a confidentiality agreement, reports TMZ.com.
Sources revealed that the couple was furious enough to ask their lawyer, Eric George, to file a lawsuit with the claim that Hurley was desperate to find a second act after two failed flops following his YouTube sale.
