Liverpool have offered a new long-term contract to manager Jurgen Klopp just nine months after the German was appointed.
The 49-year-old's current deal expires in 2018, with an option of an extra year, but Liverpool's owners seem to be extremely impressed by Klopp and are ready to invest heavily on him.
Klopp is currently one of the highest-paid managers in football world, with only Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger earning higher than him.
Liverpool's parent company, Fenway Sports Group, said Klopp's vision is in synchronization with the club, and therefore, they are ready to trust the manager who described himself as 'a perfect solution' to bring success at Anfield, goal.com reported.
The owners also heaped praise on Klopp's dedication in furthering the development of the squad on an individual and collective level.
Klopp has led Liverpool to 23 victories in 52 games since joining the club in October last year.
