Looks like something is finally going right for Lamar Odom as he may not get prosecuted for coke possession.
The Nye County D.A. in Nevada has backed off from the statements made by the Sheriff, who said that Lamar would be prosecuted for cocaine possession. Sources have revealed that the D.A. has said that they would consider Lamar's medical condition and mental state in deciding whether to charge him, TMZ reports.
Also, there has not been a single case in Nye County, where someone was prosecuted for possession of drugs when they landed in the hospital with severe damage.
It is also said that Lamar is not even in a condition to legally compete in a trial.
