The April 1 tweet of Jeremy Clarkson shocked his fans as it had a snap of his bloodied and blackened face.
This snap was uploaded after the 55-year-old TV personality attempted "the most dangerous stunt" for his Amazon Prime motoring show, reports News.com.au.
The snap had a caption that read, "I survived the day. Just."
A day before, the ex-Top Gear host tweeted, "Tomorrow morning, I'm doing the most dangerous stunt I've ever attempted. This may well be a goodbye."
The photo shows his face is covered in what looks like soot or ash and blood is smeared on and around his nose.
The TV presenter is currently in the Jordanian capital of Amman filming the new show.
