Australian coach Darren Lehmann has said that pace sensation Mitchell Johnson's bowling is the most dangerous he has ever seen.
Johnson claimed his fourth Man of the Match award in six Tests with a spectacular 12-wicket haul that bowled Australia to a comprehensive 281-run first Test victory, and also hit Hashim Amla and Ryan McLaren nasty bowls in the helmet on an uneven pitch.
According to News.com.au, Lehmann, who played with former pace greats Glenn McGrath, Jason Gillespie and Brett Lee, said that it was not hard to notice that the pitch was uneven, which made Johnson's slinging action more dangerous and hard to face for the batsman if he did not pick up the ball as quickly as he should.
Meanwhile, Lehmann insisted that Australia's stunning first Test victory over South Africa was more important than the comprehensive mauling the team inflicted on England in Brisbane at the start of the Ashes campaign that led to a 5-0 whitewash, given that the ongoing matches are a three-Test series.
