The event which will be held at 2:00 pm at Kingdom of Dream, Gurgaon will be Letv's official announcement of entering India.

Also from the teaser, it looks like two phones standing out from a black backdrop. Letv by now has released four models of phones, including Le 1, Le 1Pro, Le Max and Le 1s, into the market.
It's still too early to know if Letv will launch any of the two models into Indian market. By quite possibly, Letv may introduce its flagship killer, Le 1s, into India. Letv has sold more than 2 million Le 1s within two months, and the phone was the best seller in China in November.
A bold guess is Le Max should be released. This high-end phone is remarked as the best alternative phone to Apple and Samsung, and Letv should have enough time to apply for the government BIS and software localisation.
