Lieutenant Governor (LG) Najeeb Jung on Tuesday said that he does not have any differences with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

"What differences are you talking about? I don't remember having had any differences," Jung told ANI here.

Jung and Kejriwal were locked in a tussle over the transfer and posting of bureaucrats.

According to reports, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has told Kejriwal to follow the rule book to avoid confrontation. Kejriwal had earlier this week met the Home Minister amid power tussle with the Lieutenant Governor over appointment of bureaucrats and control over the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).

The Lieutenant Governor, who inaugurated an education workshop along with Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia here, said that an important initiative towards improving the quality of education was being taken up by the Delhi Government.

"An important initiative is being taken up by the government in the field of education. And it is happening very smoothly. So, we should wish best for these honest efforts being undertaken," said Jung.

Sisodia on his part said the Delhi government was hopeful of getting excellent results once the lessons of the workshop were incorporated in the state government schools.

"We are not talking about value education, but value of education. We are hopeful that when we incorporate this in government schools in Delhi, we will get excellent results," he said.
