Lindsay Lohan has been sued over an accident where she had rammed her Porsche into a semi-truck.
The 27-year-old actress, who was late for a Malibu shoot, lied to the cops claiming that she was seated in the passenger seat and tried to frame the person who was driving with her, TMZ.com reported.
Cops had also discovered pills in her purse and a water bottle stinking of booze.
The truck's driver, James Johnson claimed that he had suffered physical, mental and nervous pain and sued her for unspecified damages.
