Italian footballer Mario Balotelli could make a comeback to former club A.C. Milan on a loan move from Liverpool.
AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani admitted that he and president Silvio Berlusconi are both romantic souls, adding that they would support Balotelli's return to the club, Sport 24 reported.
According to reports, Liverpool's Balotelli has already spoken to Milan head coach Siniša Mihajlovic regarding his desire to join the club.
The 25-year-old was signed by Liverpool coach Brendan Rodgers a year ago. But the player managed to score only one goal for his side in the Premier League last season.
Balotelli has not played for Liverpool so far this season.
Earlier, Balotelli had scored 26 goals in 43 appearances in his first tenure at the Italian side for A.C.
