The firefighters on late Monday evening doused fire at Lok Nayak Bhawan here.
The fire broke out at the building on Monday evening that has offices of various government offices.
Around 30 fire tenders doused the fire after hours of firefighting efforts.
Earlier talking to ANI, fire officer Rajesh Pawar said that the fire was on the fourth floor and 25-30 fire tenders doused the fire.
"Around 25-30 fire tenders are here to douse the 'middle category' fire which is on the the 4th floor," Pawar said.
The cause of fire was not known.
