Manchester United boss David Moyes is reportedly preparing the third and final bid for Barcelona star Cesc Fabregas that will rise beyond 35 million pounds with add-ons, and is likely to be submitted by the end of the week.
According to the Mirror, Barcelona has however, indicated they will be forced to turn down any offer from the English club, because of the complicated clauses agreed when they bought the Spanish international from Arsenal in 2011.
Instead, the report said that Barcelona might be considering allowing Fabregas to buy out his own contract for a set fee, which is likely to be set at 48 million pounds, which will leave Moyes with a second major headache as the future of Wayne Rooney is still up in the air.
Fabregas remains Moyes' number one summer target, and the player himself has fanned the flames of speculation by so far refusing to commit his future to Barcelona, after being asked about United's interest, the report added.
