Manohar Parrikar celebrates 'Raksha Bandhan' with special kids

Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday celebrated Raksha Bandhan along with students from Disha School for Special Children at his residence.

Students from other schools like Dr. K.B. Hedgewar High School and Sr. Shobha of Brahma Kumaris tied rakhi to Chief Minister. He wished them luck and success.

Raksha Bandhan was celebrated all over the country on Monday.
