The former Spice Girl Mel B has been confirmed as a judge for 'The X Factor' 2014 where she will be joined by Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole and Louis Walsh on the judging panel.
Speaking to radio station 2FM he said she knew she was doing the show but she just signed the deal and she was very happy with it.
A show insider said that the 39-year-old singer had been in talks to join the show for months and there had been a few hiccups along the way to do with money and other commitments, but it was finally a done deal, the Daily Star reported.
The source added that the Brit singer had signed up and she was working out the logistics of where she will live and when she could fly in and out of the country.
