Michael Douglas has revealed that he wants to get back together with his estranged wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones, as he is hopeful that the couple will work things out.
The couple, who failed to make an appearance together at the Emmy Awards, insisted that they were "just taking a break," the Mirror reported.
The 'Wall Street' star said that he talks to Jones and thinks that everything will be great.
Douglas also revealed on TV show Access Hollywood that the 'Side Effects' star is great and doing well and has received a lovely note from her.
The 68-year-old actor added that there are a couple issues between him and his wife and sometimes taking a break is necessary.
