The 20-year-old singer sports her hair back, glued down with gel.
The pic is one of the four images her fans can chose from by voting, to appear on the official deluxe album cover of Cyrus' next album.
Cyrus, who was previously engaged to Liam Hemsworth, had recently stripped off her clothes, as she straddled naked atop a wrecking ball for her latest track.
