Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza and her Swiss partner Martina Hingis produced an imperious form as they stormed into the quarter-finals of the women's doubles event at 2016 Wimbledon here on Monday.
The defending champions crushed the American-Latvia pair of Christina Mchale and Jelena Ostapenko 6-1, 6-0 in the one-sided third round encounter that lasted only 46 minutes.
During the match, Sania and Martina broke their opponents Mchale and Ostapenko five times and saved two chances to emerge as the winners.
