In a letter sent yesterday, Moily said that further necessary action in the matter would be taken thereafter.
The Minister also said that in addition to the financial contribution of Rs 12 crore, Oil PSUs would undertake rehabilitation work in terms of adoption of villages and rebuilding the affected infrastructure in the State of Uttarakhand.
The PSUs would also carry out restoration/rehabilitation work of the monuments affected by the floods in consultation with Archaeological Survey of India and the Government of Uttarakhand.
