Union Minister for Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday said people will get more employment and a relief from pollution regarding the passing of The Motor Vehicle Bill.

"People will get jobs because of this bill and will get relief from pollution, and after it is passed, approximately 40,000 people will have been given licence," Gadkari told the media.

"This is a dream come true for the poor people of the country," he added.

Gadkari also pointed out that E-rickshaw will be relatively inexpensive as compared to petrol-run vehicles.
