Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh Yadav will on Friday reportedly discuss the 'Janata Parivar' merger with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav.
The issues holding back the much awaited merger of six parties ahead of the Bihar Assembly polls are expected to be discussed during the meeting.
The seat sharing arrangement between Janata Dal (United) and the RJD for the upcoming Assembly elections is also likely to be discussed.
According to reports, SP leader Ram Gopal Yadav had earlier stated that the merger was unlikely to take place before the Bihar Assembly polls due to 'technical issues'.
