French Women may not be as perfect as they are projected in the piles of American and British books, it has been revealed.
Le Figaro decided to get to the bottom of the French feminine mystique and came up with a startling conclusion, claiming that it's all a lie.
Peggy Frey, the journalist, who decided to get to the bottom of the French feminine mystique, said that the highly appreciated and envied slim figured French women never diet but almost half of them smoke which suppresses their appetite, the Independent reported.
The publication, while quoting from recent study show that the sexy appearance of the French women comes from spending 97 Euros on lingerie, which is only a fifth of what American women spend.
Commenting on their 'natural' blonde highlights, the publication revealed that French beauties will never disclose the amount of time they spend to find the hairdresser or the address.
It was also revealed that a modern French woman spends only 2 minutes and 30 seconds heating up dishes in the microwave, contrary to the image of a French cook slaving over a hot stove, preparing dishes whose recipes, which were handed down from generation to generation.
According to the paper, the secret of French women is to do everything falsely, as they are falsely coiffed, falsely dressed and also falsely fatal.
The article concluded that the French woman was a wizard of pretence and her motto is "less is more".
