'Neighbors' tops weekend box office charts with $51m earnings

Seth Rogen comedy 'Neighbors' toppled 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' from the top place by earning 51 million dollars on debut weekend.

According to studio estimates, 'The Other Woman' remained stationary at third place, Fox News reported.

The top weekend box office grosser were:

1. 'Neighbors' - 51.1 million dollars

2. 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' - 37.2 million dollars

3. 'The Other Woman' - 9.6 million dollars
