Netflix drops Kevin Spacey from 'House of Cards'

Kevin Spacey's beautifully groomed 'House of Cards' has been buried six feet under the ground.

Netflix, the producer of the show, confirmed that if and when 'House of Cards' returns, it will be without Kevin Spacey, according to Entertainment Weekly.

In a new statement issued by the streaming giant, they said that they "will not be involved with any further production of House of Cards that includes Kevin Spacey."

A spokesperson from the streaming service also shared that they will not be moving forward with the release of their movie 'Gore', which also stars Spacey.

This all started after 'Star Trek: Discovery' actor claimed that Spacey made "unwanted sexual advance" on him, when he was just 14.

Spacey issued a statement of his own saying he does not recall the incident over 30-years ago that supposedly occurred in his NYC apartment but that he was "horrified" by the story.

That apology of sorts was overshadowed and tainted in the minds of many when the 'House of Cards' actor used the occasion to announce that he now chooses "to live as a gay man".

Just over 12-hours later after these allegations, Netflix officially pulled the plug on any more seasons of beyond a Season 6 next year.

Meanwhile, CNN has reported that eight anonymous employees and former employees from the 'House of Cards' set have come forward with claims about the actor's alleged "predatory" behaviour.

Spacey's then-publicist said the actor was "taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment" and that "no other information will be available at this time.
