Finally, Nick Carter has broken his silence after the Florida bar arrest.
The 35-year-old Backstreet Boys singer's January 23 tweet said, "I am human and at times it can be a struggle to balance a healthy lifestyle. I'm not perfect and for that I am sorry. When we fall we have to get up and keep on walking, I hope you stay by my side and continue to walk with me," reports E! Online.
Carter was arrested on January 13 on suspicion of misdemeanor battery after allegedly getting into a bar scuffle at Hog's Breath Saloon in Key West.
He spent the night in jail before he was released on a 1,500 dollars bond. Carter has pleaded not guilty, court records show.
