Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday slammed Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and said that the latter wants a 'majboor' (helpless) government at the Centre and not a strong one.
"like Mayawati, Mamata Banerjee and N Chandrababu Naidu, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik wants a 'majboor' government and not a 'Majboot' (strong) government at Centre," Patnaik said.
He was reacting to Patnaik's statement claiming that "no national party will get a majority this time to form government at the Centre and it's a golden opportunity for BJD and it will play a major role in the formation of government".While speaking at an event here, Pradhan said that people of Odisha will bless BJP with all the 21 seats in the state as they "want a strong government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Centre.
