Oprah Winfrey has regained the top spot in the Forbes' annual 'Celebrity 100' list, which ranks the most powerful celebrities each year.
The talk show host topped the list after spending the last two years as the runner up, Fox news reported.
Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Madonna, Taylor Swift and Ellen DeGeneres were the other women who featured in the top 10 of the list.
While Steven Spielberg grabbed the third position, Justin Bieber stood at the ninth place.
