The Director General of Pakistan's Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Asim Bajwa has said that it is an insult to question the efficiency of the country's army in the fight against terrorism.

According to Dawn News, Bajwa's statement came in an interview when he was asked whether the army was "up to" the task of fighting against militants.

He also said that the army is very clear and capable of dealing with the issue of terrorism.

Bajwa also drew a parallel between Pakistan's army and the U.S. forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.

When asked about the army's viewpoint of militants groups, he said that they were going after all terrorists without any discrimination of colour or hue as there "are no good terrorists".
