The Panamagate case resumes in the Supreme Court on Wednesday after nearly a fortnight.
A five-judge bench of the apex court, comprising of Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsan will resume hearing of arguments related to the case, the Dawn reports.
The day-to-day proceedings in the case had to be postponed two weeks ago after Justice Saeed had to be rushed to the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology following complaints of chest pain on January 31.
Advocate Salman Akram Raja will resume from where he left off. He is defending Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's two sons Hussain and Hassan Nawaz.
It is expected that after hearings today and tomorrow, the case will be adjourned until next week.
