Remember the very handsome Manik aka Parth Samthaan of MTV India's TV series 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan?' Well, the heartthrob is back, but this time on a bigger screen, with his Bollywood debut 'Googly Ho Gayi.'
On Parth's birthday on March 11, the makers organised the muhurat of the film in Mumbai to make it special for the actor and his fans, specially the girls.
The girls went gaga when the 25-year-old star, decked up in black-n-white jacket and black denims, took the stage and went on screaming 'Manik,' even though the name of his character 'Rabbi' in the film was already announced.
Parth, who has been amidst loads of controversies after his exit from 'Kaisi Hain Yaariyaan,' was even seen singing, doing the trademark SRK pose for his fans and clicking selfies with them at the event.
Other than him, the event was graced by celebrities like Aditya Pancholi, Zarina Wahab, Sohail Khan and a few others.
The muhurat also marked the first look release of the lead actor for the movie. It is even abuzzed that 'Sanam Teri Kasam' famed Pakistani beauty Marwa Hocane has been roped in opposite Parth.
According to a Bollywood birdie, Shahid Kapoor's sister, Sanaah Kapoor, who was last seen in 'Shaandaar,' was initially considered for the role opposite Parth.
