Hollywood helmer Paul Feig has decided to bring 'The Walking Dead' sense of constant dread to his upcoming series of 'Ghostbusters', after getting inspired with the series.
The 'Bridesmaids' director explained that he loves the way the survivors and police officers play with the danger and always runs the gauntlet, and he wants to bring this element various supernatural obstacles in the 'Ghostbusters' reboot, the Verge reported.
Feig and writer Katie Dippold wants to make a blend of horror and comedy for the reboot, that doesn't overshadow the actual taste of the comedic performances, but will have Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones facing the creeping terror and races for survival audiences.
