Parineeti Chopra, who has received rave reviews for her debut single 'Maana ke hum yaar nahin' from the forthcoming film 'Meri Pyaari Bindu', believes that it is a great time but one change which she wants to see in the industry is pay disparity between actor, actress.

Chopra, who was in the national capital with Ayushmann Khurrana to promote their upcoming film 'Meri Pyaari Bindu', also went on saying that in some cases its irrational and is surely expecting some kind of change in industry.

She agreed to the fact that Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan once said that male stars gets more business but adding more to it, 'Hasee Toh Phasee' actress said, "When the woman is the protagonist of the film, then there is a certain amount of business that even she brings but the pay scale is not proportionate in that cases too."

Talking about her chemistry Ayushmann off-screen, Parineeti said: "Our chemistry is beautiful because of the real-life bond that we share. He is one of my closest friends right now. I would love to do more and more films with him."

Written by Suprotim Sengupta and directed by Akshay Roy, the film also features actor Ayushmann Khurrana. The movie is set against the backdrop of Kolkata of 80s.

'Meri Pyaari Bindu' is set to hit theatres this Friday and also mark her appearance on screens after two years.
