During his appearance on 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,' the 35-year-old actor said that his agents were so excited at the thought of him playing Frodo that they sent him without any script and it did not went well, Channel.24 reports.
"He literally turned to me and said, 'You are the worst actor that I have ever seen. 'Did anyone tell you you were supposed to have an accent?' I was like, 'No!' and he said, 'Well, fire your agents," he said.
Notably, Elijah Wood eventually bagged the role of Frodo.
