Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver the inaugural address at the opening session of the second edition of the three-day Raisina Dialogue, which will begin in New Delhi from Tuesday.
The theme of the dialogue, this year, is The New Normal-Multilateralism with Multi-Polarity.
The Prime Minister's address will be attended by former Heads of State and governments, foreign ministers and senior ministers from a number of countries and prominent foreign policy thinkers from around the world.
The Raisina Dialogue is India's flagship geo-political conference organized by Ministry of External Affairs in partnership with the Observer research foundation.
The second edition is expected to feature participation from about 65 countries and more than 250 foreign participants.
