Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a high level consultative meet on Recent Global Events- Opportunities for India, here on Tuesday.
An official release said, the meeting will be attended by over 40 delegates, including Cabinet Ministers, top officials of the government, RBI, industry representatives, top bankers and leading economists and sectoral experts.
Sources said, business leaders, including Reliance Industries head Mukesh Ambani, Tata Group Chairman Cyrus Mistry as well as bankers and economists will attend the meeting.
RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan and Niti Aayog Vice-Chairman Arvind Panagariya will also attend the high-level consultative meeting.
The Prime Minister's office said in a statement that, a wide-ranging discussion is expected on the impact of recent economic events, and how best India can take advantage of them.
