A police constable attempted suicide during duty hours in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad on Saturday.
Ashok Kumar, a constable in the Uttar Pradesh Provincial Armed Constabulary, got seriously injured even as he attempted suicide and has been admitted to the hospital.
However, the reason of attempting suicide has not been ascertained as yet.

Earlier on Friday, a railway employee committed suicide in Delhi's Shastri Nagar. He blamed his seniors in the recovered suicide note.
