Bernie Madoff, the American investor accused of ruining countless lives through his bogus pyramid scheme, has said he should be blamed for the suicide of his son in 2010.
Speaking exclusively with CNN Money, Madoff said that he was responsible for Mark's death and that's very, very difficult.
According to the New York Daily News, Mark hanged himself in his trendy Manhattan apartment on the two-year anniversary of his father's arrest.
But after spending several years behind bars, Madoff is coming to terms with his actions.
The convicted Ponzi scheme is currently serving a 150-year sentence in a North Carolina prison.
