Kim Kardashian seems to be really cautious about her second pregnancy as she is taking a lot of precautions to avoid any future complications.

Sources revealed that the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star has hired a nutritionist to keep her on a strict diet and to devise a weekly meal plan, TMZ.com has reported.

The 34-year-old American TV personality suffered from a high-blood pressure disorder called preeclampsia when she was conceiving North, and under that consideration she had been taking precautions like drinking lots of water and having a low sodium diet.

Kardashian reportedly used to start her day with a donut during her first pregnancy, but this time she has opted for protein shakes to avoid symptoms like swelling and headaches.
