Prestige Group has inaugurated five real estate projects, including three in the residential category, one commercial and one industrial.

Prestige Ivy Terraces is located just off the Marathahalli-Sarjapur Outer Ring Road.
Prestige Bagamane Temple Bells is situated in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. Set in nine high-rise towers comprising of 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 bed homes, the property offers a variety of sizes and floor plan configurations for prospective homebuyers.
Prestige Sunrise Park is located in the heart of Electronic City, and offers spacious, brilliantly designed one, two, two bed with study and three bedroom homes, set in 15 towers spread across 25 gloriously landscaped acres.
The commercial Prestige Saleh Ahmed is situated at the junction of Infantry Road and Lady Curzon Road. It promises open unhindered work spaces within, with each floor plate designed to support two independent work forces with a complete set of services.
The Prestige Logistics Centre, an industrial property, is located in the KIADB Industrial Park, Malur, Kolar district.
It is also well connected to the Malur Railway Station.
