Uttarakhand Governor Dr. Krishna Kant Paul has directed the state assembly speaker that house proceedings during the floor test on March 28 will be recorded.
Paul had on March 19 written to Chief Minister Harish Rawat, to prove majority in the House by March 28.
Alleging that the BJP is indulging in 'horse-trading', the Congress Party has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah of being 'infamous for forcible eviction of elected governments in the country.'
The Congress Government in Uttarakhand is presently in crisis as nine party MLAs, including a minister, have joined hands with the Bharatiya Janata Party.
The BJP has staked claim to form the government with the support of the rebel Congress MLAs.
