QiK Rooms launches server based software solution 'Qik Circle'

QiK Rooms, a Delhi based startup has announced the launch of "Qik Circle", which is world's most advanced, effective and complete hotel management cloud and server based software solution.

With robust reporting options, QiK Circle with its revolutionary Asset & Resource Management Software (ARMS), will provide complete solution to address the unique problems of the hospitality industry assuring an overall 20-25 percent reduction in resource costs with increased accountability and a much higher guest satisfaction, faster business innovation focused on areas like in-room technologies, loyalty management, guest experience, RFID, supply chain management, demand management etc.

This solution manages all inter departments of the hotels on a single platform compared to the current situation of the hotels where multiple 4-5 different solutions do automation PMS, housekeeping, digital menu for room service, POS for restaurant, channel managers, customer feedback, hotels own app and website which requires serious efforts in attempting to get these systems to talk to each other.

It provides for all inventory and profiles to be located in one database thereby ensuring a single image of inventory and a single view of the guest across the enterprise. The system incorporates all operations, features like front desk, check-in, housekeeping, restaurant operations, banquets and catering, spa, etc.
