Congress President Rahul Gandhi will pay floral tributes to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose during his visit to the INA Memorial at Esplanade Park in Singapore, on Thursday.
He is embarking on a visit to Singapore and Malaysia from March 8 to10.
The Congress President will also meet young professionals and visit universities in the region among other engagements.
