The students of Miranda House and other various colleges on Tuesday protested in the Delhi University against the violence that played out at the Rajmas College last Wednesday.
"This fight is for our University space," said the students gathered outside the Khalsa College.
They also raised slogans against the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and Delhi Police over the February 21-22 clashes in the university campus.
Last week, Left-affiliated All India Students Association (AISA) and the ABVP members clashed with each other at the Ramjas College causing injuries to many.
The reason was an invite to JNU students Umar Khalid and Shehla Rashid to address a seminar.
The seminar was withdrawn by the college authorities following opposition by the ABVP. A few policemen and journalists were also roughed up during the violence.
