A real-life Willy Wonka has said that chocolate can answer a lot of the world's problems.

Angus Kennedy is chief taster for some of the world's biggest confectionery makers and has been in this business since his childhood, the Daily Star reported.

He said that chocolate makes people happy.

Kennedy added that he'd love to go in the House of Commons when they're all arguing and tell them to chill out and give them a bar of chocolate each, adding that he's convinced that would work.
