The rescue teams at Mahad have started their search operation this morning in the Savitri River bridge collapse tragedy.
Till now 26 bodies have been retrieved from the river and the total number of missing people is 41.
23 bodies were identified yesterday, in which 10 are of the passengers from Rajapur - Borivali bus, seven from Jaigad - Mumbai bus and remaining six from private cars fallen in the River after a British-era bridge collapsed.
In the mishap of Tuesday night, two State Transport busses and two private cars fell in Savitri River along with 38 passengers.
