Riteish Deshmukh has finally begun filming for Ravi Jadhav's upcoming project 'Banjo' that also stars Nargis Fakri.
The 37-year-old actor revealed that the shooting was originally supposed to begin in October 2015, but had to be delayed to allow Deshmukh's hair to grow, reports the Express Tribune.
Riteish said, "It was Ravi's wish to do something different with my look. The character I play stays in a slum and has a unique style. So Krishika Lulla insisted that I grow my hair longer."
Talking about his co-star, the 'Grand Masti' star said that he thinks Nargis is tailor-made for the role and is doing a brilliant job.
