Rod Stewart has revealed that he finds it baffling as to why he still hasn't received his knight hood, while his Brit counterparts, Mick Jagger and Tom Jones, have already received the top honour.

However, the 'Tonight's The Night' singer said that if his time has to come, it will and if it doesn't, he is not bothered, the Mirror reported.

Jagger and Jones had followed in the footsteps of the iconic singer and left Britain in the 70s to avoid paying the top rates in taxes.
