According to The Daily Star, the attacking trio came top in a poll of journalists from each of UEFA's national associations
Tottenham's Gareth Bale came eighth and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie was tenth, the report said.
The winner will be announced in a vote at the Champions League group stage draw in Monaco on August 29, the report added.
