Russia 'launches air military exercise' on Ukrainian border

Russia has launched an air-based military exercise on the Ukrainian border, despite withdrawing troops earlier this week.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Deshchytsia said Russia is saying one thing and doing another thing at the same time.

According to the BBC, Deshchytsia said he expects some 'concrete steps' towards de-escalating tensions.
